FAQ's

My child is not athletic, Will they feel left out?

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is an individual activity done in a group setting. It's a perfect sport for all kids, even the ones who are not so good at sport, regardless of age, size, gender or athletic ability.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu will help kids improve co-ordination, balance, motor skills, focus and discipline.

Are parents allowed to watch?

Although we encourage parents to get involved in their kids' activities, we kindly ask the parents to stay out of the mats during the classes. We offer a waiting area with live straming of the classes, so the parents can be part of the program without intefering in the coach x kids dynamics.

Is uniform required?

Members who already have the uniform are encouraged to bring them, but the uniforms are not mandatory for this camp.

What do I need to bring?

Additional to lunch and snacks, we kindly ask parents to bring a reusable bottle of water and indoor shoes.

What's the minimum age?

The camp is limited to kids from 6 to 15.
